In a shelter program operations, we perform most tasks involved with opening and operating a manufacturing facility in Mexico. A shelter is a relatively risk-free way to begin a maquila / manufacturing / assembling in Mexico. In this case the manufacturer provides the materials, production equipment and retains control over quality, while the shelter provides the permits, licenses and legal requirements. The shelter is obligated to have a Mexican company with a maquila program and to supply space, labor operators, technicians and engineers, as well as administrative personnel to perform the activities.

Under our Full Shelter Service, the customer provides the equipment, machinery, raw materials, engineering to manufacture the product. In this case SRA provide the management, operations staff, transportation, brokering services, legal functions and licenses.

Our Start Up Service, provide the service of set up for those companies wishing to incorporate in Mexico and establish a stand-alone maquila. We will establish the Maquila through our staff to put in place the team. All functions can be performed under the incorporated name of your company.
